Tax Harbor started inside a working tax practice that wanted its clients, its team and its partner preparers on one calm system all year round.
Where it comes from
The practice serves individuals, families and small businesses in Central Florida in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. The platform grew out of its own season: booking that doesn't double-book, a portal clients open, a review desk where every number has a source, and approvals that happen in order.
What we believe
Software should propose and people should decide. Nothing in Tax Harbor files a return, sends a message or moves money without a person approving it. Honesty about what is live and what is simulated is part of the product.
Who it's for
Solo preparers, small offices, growing firms with several offices, and the partner preparers who want their own office without building everything themselves.
