Terms of Service
The agreement between Tax Harbor and the offices that subscribe to it.
The service
Tax Harbor provides software for tax offices: booking, a client portal, review tools, approvals and related features. The office remains the tax preparer and is responsible for the returns it prepares and files.
Accounts and seats
Each subscription includes a number of seats. Offices are responsible for the people they invite and for ending access when someone leaves.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices shown at subscription. Changes to seats or interval apply on the next billing period.
Acceptable use
Offices agree to use the service lawfully, to obtain the consents their clients' records require, and not to attempt to access another office's data.
Simulated and partner features
Features labeled simulated or mock on screen do not connect to live external systems. E-file is performed through an authorized provider as described in the office's agreement with Tax Harbor.
SMS Terms
Tax Harbor sends text messages to clients who opt in: appointment and document reminders, scheduling notices and replies to client questions. Marketing texts go only to clients who check a separate box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (321) 999-8689 or write to support@taxharbor.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers are handled: they are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Termination and data
Either party may end the subscription with notice. The office may export its records before the end of the term.
