Questions about pricing
What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the whole product. Plans differ in how many seats are included and what an extra seat costs. Larger plans fit larger teams and multi-office firms.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is ten times the monthly price — two months free — paid up front. You can choose it in Settings → Plan & billing.
How are partner offices priced?
Offices in the Partner Preparer Program are set up by the sponsoring firm, which sets their terms. Ask us about the program for details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Seats and the billing interval are editable in Settings → Plan & billing and take effect on the next billing period.
Is payment processing live?
In the current release, subscription billing runs through a mock provider and nothing is charged. Production billing connects a payment processor; your plan and seats carry over unchanged.
Do clients pay for the portal?
No. Clients use the portal free of charge. Your clients pay your preparation fees, which you set per service.
